Job Description

As the Cash Management Product Manager (Vice President) in New York, you will manage and execute cash management products spanning payments, receivables, channels, and liquidity solutions. The role covers ownership across the product lifecycle, with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and operating within established risk and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition and execution of product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Own the delivery of product initiatives, including prioritization, requirements definition, implementation, and post-launch performance management.
  • Manage product performance across revenue, profitability, client adoption, and utilization, and take actions to optimize outcomes.
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities through product enhancements, pricing strategies, and value-added capabilities.
  • Manage and prioritize the product pipeline to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and effective execution of key initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain product documentation, including policies and procedures, to support clarity, consistency, and compliance.
  • Act as an owner of product-related governance, ensuring adherence to internal policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and manage product risks by partnering with Risk and Compliance to implement appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, well-controlled product solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product positioning and strategic direction.
  • Drive continuous improvement of product capabilities using performance insights, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members to support high-quality execution and team development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (or equivalent), demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • 6+ years of cash management product development and/or business development at a financial services institution.
  • 6+ years of Financial Services industry experience.
  • Subject matter expertise related to cash management products (payments, receivables & liquidity management) and compliance regulations.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including the ability to manage product performance and profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the product lifecycle, including strategy execution and delivery.
  • Ability to develop pricing strategies and identify revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of product governance, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to create and maintain product policies and procedures.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and strategic product initiatives.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to present to senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CTP or similar treasury certification is a plus.
  • Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

Compensation

Base pay range: USD 185,000 per year (annualized salary range). Minimum: $185,000.00 USD. Maximum: $185,000.00 USD.
