Controls Nuclear Steam Turbine Product Owner

Lead a Nuclear Steam Turbine Controls effort while managing people, priorities, and delivery across the team.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize work for the controls team
• Resource planning to support team execution
• Use Daily Management to track schedule and deliverables
• Participate in interviews
• Own onboarding and offboarding activities
• Approve non-billable and leave timesheets
• Run 1-on-1s with team members
• Drive skills development and career guidance for team members
• Address team member issues related to hygiene and compliance

Requirements

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university or college
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to commute to and from Schenectady, NY using your own transportation to meet required working hours
• U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the work

Work Location & Schedule

• Location: Schenectady, NY (hybrid)
• Flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, based on role needs and company policies
• Hybrid consideration may depend on local regulations
• Travel expected at 5-10%

Compensation

• Pay range: USD 100,000 - 125,000 per year
• Compensation type: Competitive wages
