Coordinator, Product Operations
Job Description
Support the NHL’s digital platforms with hands-on operations, troubleshooting, and Club enablement across league and gameday escalations.
Responsibilities
- Provide gamenight support for league and club escalations
- Maintain document control, logs, and task assignment lists
- Run troubleshooting for reported issues and escalate to the right channels when resolution is not achieved
- Act as a first-line point of contact for Clubs to support use of tools for site production and digital platform operations
- Partner with internal teams (including content, marketing, sales, and production) to deliver projects and meet digital commitments
- Contribute to page/site building and updates, including ongoing work as time allows on pages, hubs, and sites
- Build and update using specified tools, including Forge and REACT PB, plus other content management tools
Requirements
- Knowledge of hockey, with a firm comprehension of history, rules, and culture
- Highly organized approach with attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Mature, reliable team player with a positive, energetic attitude
- Availability to work nights and weekends during specific events and times in the hockey season
- Ability to learn and apply digital tools and platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Content Management Systems to produce sites and operate platforms (plus)
- Experience working in Deltatre’s Forge and Page Builder
- Experience working in a remote environment with clear communication to colleagues
- Experience with live streaming and VOD operations
