Digital Product Owner

PartnerCo is building mobile app experiences that strengthen engagement, retention, productivity, and business growth for Brand Partners and Customers. This role owns the mobile app roadmap and helps ensure releases support measurable outcomes. What you will work on

• Define and maintain the product vision for the mobile app, turning company priorities into roadmap themes and measurable outcomes.
• Evaluate product opportunities using customer value, business impact, development effort, and strategic alignment, balancing near-term delivery with long-term direction.
• Advocate for mobile app users across Brand Partners, Customers, field leaders, and internal teams.
• Collect input through customer conversations, stakeholder interviews, support trends, surveys, and analytics.
• Own the mobile app roadmap and prioritized backlog.
• Break roadmap priorities into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release-ready work.
• Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning, including scope trade-off discussions tied to team capacity and business urgency.
• Partner through delivery with engineering, design, quality assurance, analytics, and business stakeholders, clarifying requirements and removing ambiguity when it matters.
• Ensure delivered features match business intent, customer expectations, and quality standards.
• Lead beta programs: tester recruitment, cohort selection, onboarding, communication cadence, and triage of findings with engineering, design, and QA.
• Manage release readiness across app store submissions, staged rollouts, feature flags, and rollback plans.
• Coordinate launch communication with business and field teams, then monitor stability, adoption, and feedback post-release.
• Improve the end-to-end mobile app experience across onboarding, content discovery, notifications, messaging, account insights, business tracking, recognition, events, and AI-enabled support.
• Define success metrics for major features and initiatives, using data and customer feedback to guide prioritization.
• Identify and evaluate practical opportunities to apply AI, automation, personalization, and data-driven experiences within the mobile app, including testing and launching useful digital capabilities.

Core requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in digital products, product management, or a related field.
• Foundation in product ownership.
