- Translate shared needs into features with business partners involved in decision-making.
- Support adoption after launch by helping partners understand the value of new capability.
- Shape conversational AI experiences for agents and the teams that support them.
- Identify opportunities for agentic workflows to take on routine, multi-step work starting small and expanding as results prove out.

- Write and refine epics and features with clear outcomes and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master and engineering on planning, trade-offs, and delivery.
- Define success and measure outcomes.

- Follow through on commitments and close the loop when plans change.
- Work with platform engineering lead, Scrum Master, experience design, and architecture to shape solutions.
- Communicate product direction, progress, and risk to business and technology leadership.
