- Own team backlog prioritization and refinement, making trade-off decisions to maximize value.
- Optimize flow of value by setting objectives and KPIs for solutions.
- Participate in business readiness by understanding the impact of change, translating the approach to support adoption, and mitigating resistance.
- Provide feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements, and help remove roadblocks or impediments while pursuing continuous team and process improvement.
- Partner with key leaders and peers to determine the resources required to achieve defined business outcomes.
- Share best practices across teams to support alignment and consistency in ways of working within a value stream.
- Foster an innovative, inclusive, and diverse team environment by promoting positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, and supporting self-organization.
- May manage Agile Product Owners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Product mindset focused on a product value proposition aligned with circle and value stream objectives as the “north star” for the team.
- Influence across leaders at all levels without relying on traditional hierarchy.
- Servant leadership, including creating an environment where individuals thrive as empowered, equal team members.
- Communication skills to adjust messaging for different audiences.
- Collaboration experience in cross-functional multi-team environments.
