Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of product line development, including new launches, changes, configuration, testing, procedures, and training.
- Spot gaps and advocate for changes or enhancements to strengthen market position, client experience, quality, efficiency, and cost management.
- Prioritize Enterprise Digital Banking initiatives using data-driven business cases, user value, risk, and operational impact.
- Lead market research and client engagement to ensure products align with bank strategies.
- Develop personas and journeys to capture motivations and pain points across segments, ensuring experiences resonate with first-time digital users through treasury workflows.
- Operate as a Product Manager within Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Collaborate with Product team members to maintain roadmaps and prioritization.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Support to align efforts across the organization.
- Ensure digital capabilities comply with ADA, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, AML expectations and fraud-mitigation best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with technology teams to enable smooth feature implementation.
- Identify product issues and drive root-cause analysis and timely resolution with internal partners or vendors.
- Create proposals and business cases for new and existing products and monitor vendor-driven changes for impact.
- Work with technology partners and digital platform vendors to deliver high-quality functionality for consumers, small businesses, and treasury clients.
- Consult with market leaders on strategy, quantitative measures, and adjustments as needed to stay on track.
- Track milestones, report progress, and adjust plans to ensure on-time, on-budget product implementations and enhancements.
- Own assigned products, address issues, and mitigate risks while resolving conflicts with market leaders or vendors.
- Analyze product data and communicate findings to influence decisions and drive adoption across lines of business.
- Lead changes including configuration, testing, and accompanying training materials and procedures.
- Understand profitability and cost structure, promote products to markets, and articulate the value to clients.
- Prepare internal and external communications about product and service announcements.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). Smartsheet and Visio familiarity is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of bank products and systems, including regulatory and legal requirements.
- Agile product management and delivery discipline.
- Working knowledge of Jack Henry core processing and related systems is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to attend industry conferences and stay current on new product offerings, sharing relevant insights with markets.
- Five years of product management experience is preferred.
- Three years of Q2 Digital Banking experience is required.
- Product Management Certification (PMC) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a financial institution.

Compensation and Total Rewards
Base pay ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annual, with eligibility for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
