Job Description

Lead a senior, individual-contributor program role to scale Frontier AI product security testing within HPE’s enterprise cybersecurity organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Frontier AI product roadmap and priorities, translating cybersecurity objectives and emerging AI capabilities into work ranked by risk, business value, technical feasibility, dependencies, and learning.
  • Set Agile ways of working across the program, standardizing prioritization, planning, delivery, reviews, and measurement across multiple technical workstreams.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery across the Frontier AI portfolio, connecting onboarding, testing, validation, remediation, retesting, and longer-term integration into repeatable cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Build business-unit engagement and adoption by partnering with BU leaders to prioritize products and use cases, secure participation, incorporate feedback, and manage trade-offs to keep high-value work moving.
  • Own an integrated program view and executive reporting: define measures of success, track progress and risk reduction, and integrate financial and performance inputs for concise updates on outcomes, risks, investment, blockers, and required decisions.
  • Anticipate program-level risks and constraints, including sensitive-data handling, model access, infrastructure needs, specialist talent availability, third-party dependencies, and organizational readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity domains.
  • Significant experience as an Agile product owner, program leader, or delivery leader for complex enterprise cybersecurity initiatives, with hands-on ownership of roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, incremental delivery, and outcomes.
  • Proven ability to apply Agile product and delivery practices across multiple cybersecurity domains.
  • Working knowledge of AI and emerging AI capabilities, with hands-on interest or experience using LLMs, AI coding assistants, or agentic workflows; prior experience leading an AI program is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to translate emerging and/or highly technical subject matter into structured roadmaps, executive decisions, accountable ownership, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders, technical experts, product teams, and cross-functional partners without relying on direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of dependency management, cyber risk, financial oversight, and executive reporting.
  • Clear, confident communication in fast-changing, high-visibility environments.
