HEDIS and STAR Product Owner

Infosys is hiring a HEDIS and STAR Product Owner in Tempe, AZ (onsite) to help lead project scope, delivery, and product lifecycle management for client engagements. The role centers on translating business needs into technical requirements, shaping roadmaps and expectations, and coordinating with client stakeholders through sprint planning and deployment.

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance reports to understand progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with mid level and senior client stakeholders, providing updates on sprint planning and overall project progress.
• Monitor and manage the product lifecycle by translating business needs into technical requirements; define the product roadmap and drive development and quality assurance.
• Align resources and schedules to support seamless delivery and deployment of scalable solutions for client engagements.
• Proactively identify risks and issues that could affect project success, implement mitigation strategies, and collaborate with quality assurance teams to integrate quality planning into core activities.
• Develop project estimates aligned to project scope, approach, and milestones, and manage change requests.
• Monitor estimates versus actuals and oversee allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, technology, and budget, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist with technical and commercial proposal preparation for upcoming client engagements.
• Develop resource plans and define role requirements that anticipate future project needs and address potential shortages.
• Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
