Job Description

Lead Product Manager at Manheim (Cox Automotive), onsite in Atlanta, GA, responsible for developing AI enabled products, shaping the roadmap, and coordinating cross functional teams across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize AI enabled products at Manheim.
  • Shape and steward the product roadmap from discovery through delivery.
  • Lead implementation efforts to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
  • Collaborate with a cross functional team in an AI driven setting to deliver value for internal and external clients.
  • Own one or more strategically important products with high growth potential, guiding large cross functional teams.
  • Integrate AI capabilities across all stages of the product development lifecycle.
  • Product strategy and discovery: apply AI to accelerate discovery, experimentation, and development; propose PDLC and ecosystem improvements; conduct problem framing by customer segment and personas with market and competitive insights; align with business leaders to meet objectives.
  • Roadmap development: translate discovery into a transparent, outcome oriented plan; prioritize near term wins and long term initiatives; maintain visibility of deliverables with stakeholders and clients.
  • Planning and execution: convert strategy into measurable outcomes, milestones, and epics; maintain a backlog delivering continuous value; coordinate with PM and UX to align across the portfolio; emphasize incremental value across the lifecycle.
  • Agile development: apply AI tooling and a PDLC focused mindset; leverage modern development practices in a complex enterprise; build strong relationships with onshore and offshore teams across product, UX, engineering, architecture, and delivery; ensure teams understand the vision and deliver incremental value.
  • Go to market planning: bring a commercialization mindset to innovation and development; collaborate with business, operations, and marketing; coordinate with implementation, training, and support partners to balance scalability with cost and speed to market; support testing, experimentation, and iterative value delivery while shaping pricing strategy and ROI impact.
  • Client engagement: work with clients and proxies throughout discovery to gather feedback on product ideas.
  • Product success: monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve performance and guide future roadmap priorities.
  • Product ownership: act as product liaison; partner with development teams to establish acceptance criteria, manage priorities and backlogs, and ensure delivery aligns with business strategy and requirements; facilitate cross stakeholder communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 6 years of relevant experience; alternative combinations include: master’s degree with 4+ years, PhD with 1+ year, or 10+ years total experience.
  • 6+ years of product management or development experience delivering complex enterprise products.
  • Comfort with current AI tools and a growth mindset for integrating AI into workflows while challenging the status quo to unlock business value.
  • Strong critical thinking to solve challenging problems for complex enterprise products.
  • Ability to clearly articulate customer problems and solution value, influencing cross functional teams; comfortable with tough conversations.
  • Excellent communicator who conveys customer problems, trade-offs, and value to both technical and non technical audiences.
  • Fluency with agile methods and tools; proven cross functional leadership with UX, engineering, and architecture.
  • Purpose driven with ability to motivate others and a bias toward action; continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with product planning/roadmaps and project management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building relationships with team members and customers.
  • Authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship.

Compensation

  • USD 111,500.00 – 185,900.00 per year base salary; final amount varies by location and candidate experience.
  • Position may be eligible for incentive based compensation.
