Lead Product Manager- Agentic SDLC/ Claude Code (P4170)

84.51° is seeking a Lead Product Manager to steer AI powered software development tools and SDLC transformation from an onsite role in Chicago. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define product strategy, set the roadmap, and craft reusable patterns that enable enterprise AI adoption within development workflows. Responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap for AI powered SDLC tooling, overseeing backlog prioritization and value delivery
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineers, and data scientists to identify AI driven SDLC improvements
• Translate business needs and developer workflows into clear requirements, epics, and user stories
• Define and deliver scalable tools, frameworks, and repeatable patterns that enable AI adoption in development workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data science teams to deliver high quality, impactful solutions
• Manage multiple backlogs and priorities across cross functional teams in an agile environment
• Define success metrics and measure adoption, value realization, and efficiency gains across the SDLC
• Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at multiple levels
• Drive continuous discovery through stakeholder interviews, research, and analysis of user workflows
• Ensure alignment with governance, security, and responsible AI practices

Requirements

• Professional experience working with artificial intelligence or generative AI applications
• Experience managing or developing products or tooling for software developers and/or data scientists
• Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) as a Product Manager or Software Engineer
• Strong technical acumen to engage with engineering teams, understand tradeoffs, and influence decisions
• Experience in Agile product development and managing cross functional teams
• Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization, and end to end delivery
• Stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across multiple levels
• Experience using coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Gemini CLI
• Experience developing or using MCP servers
• Experience creating or using Agent Skills and Agent Plugin Marketplaces
• Experience leveraging generative AI chat tools such as M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude
• Prior experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Product Manager
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills translating between business and technical audiences
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in evolving problem spaces
• Planning, organizational, and time management capabilities
• 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
