Manager, UX Research Operations
Job Description
This remote role leads recruitment operations, logistics, and process improvements to support usability research for i-Ready at Curriculum Associates.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle for educators and students participating in research studies, including usability testing, one-on-one interviews, focus groups, surveys, co-design sessions, and pilots or betas.
- Oversee relationships and logistics with site partners and external vendors to ensure smooth study execution.
- Regularly evaluate research management tools and workflows to maintain efficiency, quality, and scalability, and propose enhancements where needed.
- Partner with teams to identify and outreach to new in-person testing partner sites.
- Develop and maintain participant databases, templates, screeners, and scheduling procedures.
- Own on-site and remote study logistics to ensure consistent, compliant execution.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in research operations.
- Self-starter who can take ownership of assignments, extend scope when appropriate, and help shape requests.
- Strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking up with questions and ideas.
- Interest in the underlying causes of problems and ability to think in terms of systems.
- Proficient in project management and experienced with databases and spreadsheets.
- Experience securely handling personally identifiable information or other data subject to regulatory considerations.

Salary
- USD 69,250 - 118,250 per year
