Orchestra Onboarding Product Owner

The Orchestra Onboarding Product Owner at Experis will help coordinate tenant adoption of new Orchestra AI platform capabilities and releases. This role focuses on ensuring successful deployment through impact assessment, risk mitigation, and consistent cross-team and partner communication, while maintaining the Orchestra AI use case release pipeline and supporting training and enablement to accelerate adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant adoption of new platform capabilities, model lifecycle changes, and other updates that impact tenants.
• Assess tenant impact and adoption requirements to support successful deployment.
• Identify deployment gaps, mitigate risks, and drive resolution or escalation as needed.
• Maintain and communicate the Orchestra AI use case release pipeline, providing visibility into progress and upcoming activities.
• Own recurring communications across teams, tenants, and partner organizations, delivering training and enablement activities to accelerate adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives from planning through deployment.
• Ability to assess impacts and support successful adoption of new capabilities.
• Strong risk and dependency management skills.
• Excellent partner coordination and communication skills.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms and GenAI ecosystems.
