Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement through interviews, research, data analysis, and feedback collection.
- Define requirements, write user stories, maintain product backlogs, and help prioritize work by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and other partners to deliver high-quality product experiences, including new insights, automation, and AI-powered capabilities.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, release activities, and ongoing coordination to help ensure successful delivery.
- Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and track product impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Computer Science, STEM, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or relevant experience in Product Management
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Product Management
- Experience working on SaaS products in a cross-functional environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Curious and customer-focused, with a desire to understand how users work and what problems they need solved
- Comfortable working with data to support decision-making and prioritization
- Able to break down complex problems into clear requirements and actionable work
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
- Experience with Agile product development practices
- Experience using AI productivity tools in day-to-day work
- Bonus: Experience in construction technology, industrial software, IoT, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries
