Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement through interviews, research, data analysis, and feedback collection.
• Define requirements, write user stories, maintain product backlogs, and help prioritize work by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and other partners to deliver high-quality product experiences, including new insights, automation, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, release activities, and ongoing coordination to help ensure successful delivery.
• Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and business outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and track product impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Computer Science, STEM, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or relevant experience in Product Management
• 2 - 4 years of experience in Product Management
• Experience working on SaaS products in a cross-functional environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Curious and customer-focused, with a desire to understand how users work and what problems they need solved
• Comfortable working with data to support decision-making and prioritization
• Able to break down complex problems into clear requirements and actionable work
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
• Experience with Agile product development practices
• Experience using AI productivity tools in day-to-day work
• Bonus: Experience in construction technology, industrial software, IoT, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries
