This onsite role in Fort Collins, Colorado offers the opportunity to shape a strategic product portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. The position carries a salary range of USD 130,000 to 160,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager to shape AE’s product portfolio and own the full lifecycle of key product lines. You will define strategy and drive market success through customer insights and cross-functional collaboration, working with senior leadership to deliver solutions that create customer value and strengthen business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AE product lines, guiding innovations from concept through launch and beyond
  • Monitor global market trends and engage with customers to uncover insights that drive meaningful solutions
  • Define and execute product strategies that balance customer value, competitive differentiation, and financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into high-quality, on-time solutions
  • Work closely with Sales to anticipate demand and support market success
  • Contribute to broader business growth through strategic planning and development of marketing tools and resources

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
  • Strong grounding in semiconductor manufacturing and translating technical insights into business value
  • Proven business and financial acumen to drive growth and sound decisions
  • Highly organized, with strong prioritization and execution skills
  • Skilled in market and competitive analysis to inform strategy and uncover opportunities

Compensation

Starting pay for this role ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 per year. Actual compensation is determined by factors including experience, skill set, and office location, in compliance with state pay transparency laws.
