Responsibilities
- Own the product from concept through end of life
- Collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Translate customer and market needs into scalable, manufacturable product solutions
- Ensure design feasibility aligns with production capability and supply chain resilience
- Lead stage-gate processes and ensure documentation readiness for scale-up
- Manage product modifications, continuous improvements, and cost optimization initiatives
- Promote products and identify cross sell opportunities with internal and external customers
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher-level degree
- 3+ years in a Product Development or Product Management role with a strong focus on customer experience, plus a proven track record of identifying opportunities or solving pain points using customer insight and data
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Availability for 15% to 20% domestic travel, with potential international travel

Compensation

Preferred Experience
