Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Product Manager will shape and execute product strategy within the Merchandising Domain, aligning market research, customer and internal user insights, business goals, and industry trends. You will help define and optimize capabilities across Product Information Management (including STIBO PIM), product creation and maintenance workflows, data governance, AI-enabled practices, and planning and programming systems that support QVC’s selling platforms.

Where You'll Work

This is a remote role. Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. On-site collaboration at our West Chester, PA location may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product discovery and strategy by synthesizing market signals, customer and internal user feedback, business goals, and industry trends to set direction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, Legal, IT, and Product Management to capture needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog by converting roadmap priorities into refined, estimated, and value-driven work for the team.
  • Harness AI tools to accelerate product management tasks such as roadmap design, requirements decomposition, backlog optimization, and production analysis.
  • Oversee delivery outcomes by guiding backlog execution and identifying opportunities to improve performance and system design.
  • Contribute to the product vision and stakeholder alignment by clearly communicating strategy and balancing priorities across teams, functions, and markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a retail environment
  • Expertise in merchandising technology products, platforms, and processes, including experience with Stibo PIM or a comparable enterprise-level PIM system
  • Knowledge of product strategy, merchandising processes, regulations, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Atlassian Rovo
  • Ability to manage projects, advise on current and emerging technologies, and navigate stakeholder priorities
  • Knowledge of SOX and PCI compliance requirements, with the ability to advocate for compliance across the organization
