Job Description
At T-Mobile USA, the Product Manager in Bellevue helps shape both internal and external products, platforms, services, and experiences. The role leads cross-functional teams from gathering customer insight to tracking business metrics, aiming for outcomes that are measurable and meaningful for customers and the business alike.
Job Details
- Location: Bellevue, WA (onsite)
- Salary: USD 100,100 - 180,600 per year
- Experience: Minimum 3 years

Responsibilities
- Defines and drives product outcomes across learning, growth, and customer impact, focusing on end-to-end problem solving and measurable results.
- Maintains ongoing customer engagement through direct research, voice of the customer data, and analytics to build empathy, validate opportunities, and test concepts with real users at each phase.
- Articulates a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to customer problems and business results; establishes outcome-driven goals and a prioritization framework with a plan for post-launch reviews.
- Forges and sustains cross-functional partnerships across engineering, design, data science, sales, marketing, legal, go-to-market, and finance; secures resources and aligns priorities while keeping stakeholders informed about release timelines.
- Presents with clarity from frontline teams to senior leadership, grounding recommendations in data and outcome impact; delivers product briefings focused on business outcomes and trade-offs.
- Analyzes both quantitative and qualitative data to uncover opportunities, diagnose root causes, estimate impact, and define and monitor key metrics across prelaunch, launch, and postlaunch phases.
- Manages the product end to end and backlog under governance, ensuring production quality and translating strategy into concrete capabilities and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Leverages AI tools to speed product work and stays informed about the AI tooling landscape to reduce friction and unlock value for the team and customers.
