Job Description

This onsite Product Manager role in Swanton, Ohio leads critical initiatives across new product development, product launches, and lifecycle management. The position coordinates with internal business units and the global sales team to ensure on-time delivery, strong results, and alignment with customer needs. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years in product management are required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market and product strategies for Tronair product lines to introduce new products.
  • Create plans to grow existing product lines through continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
  • Conduct market research and apply insights to drive product line success, including features, options, and pricing.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the competitive landscape and translate that knowledge into competitive advantages for Tronair products.
  • Align customer expectations with project teams by leveraging market insights to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Utilize product expertise to support the international sales team and develop marketing materials for new and existing products.
  • Prepare and present strategic planning materials to senior leadership.
  • Implement and manage change as needed to achieve project outcomes.
  • Evaluate and communicate results of product launches, including lessons learned.
  • Continually develop leadership capabilities and apply them in project management.
  • Travel to customer locations up to 25–40 percent of the time to understand application and needs.
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Three to five years in product management or an equivalent role.
  • MBA is a plus but not required.
  • Experience leading product development projects.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be substituted at the company’s discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
