Product Manager

Contract Product Manager role in Kissimmee, FL supporting public access and guest experience platforms, focused on end-to-end delivery, vendor integration, and KPI-driven product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Convert business needs into high-quality product artifacts including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Own and manage SDLC backlogs for both internal and vendor engineering teams
• Evaluate vendor solutions, create RFIs/RFPs, and lead technical integration and launch of third-party software
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Creative, and Tech partners to define product strategy and maintain roadmaps
• Drive progress through blockers by partnering across teams and supporting decision-making
• Lead UAT execution and defect triage; support go-to-market activities, training, and ongoing maintenance
• Support delivery of a digital experience with a goal of 100% uptime
• Use market and data insights to recommend improvements and meet KPIs, including staying current on trends and emerging technologies (including AI)

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience delivering full lifecycle product work in Agile/SDLC
• Experience translating complex requirements into backlog items and managing engineering work in Jira/Confluence
• Proven ability to evaluate, integrate, and maintain third-party software solutions, including drafting RFIs/RFPs and performing vendor management
• Track record influencing decisions and resolving blockers across complex corporate environments with partners such as Legal, Finance, Creative, Sales, and Tech
• Ability to connect market trends and technical architecture to measurable business value and outcomes
• Strong communication capability across executive and technical settings, including executive presentations, technical specs, and cross-team briefings
