USD 148,300 - 198,800 per year.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for data- and AI-enabled value use cases, from discovery through delivery and value realization.
Identify, assess, and prioritize new AI and analytics opportunities, as well as incremental enhancements, based on impact, feasibility, and readiness.
Translate business problems into clear product outcomes, requirements, and roadmaps that leverage enterprise data and AI tools.
Partner with business leaders, Finance, and Analytics teams to define success metrics and quantify expected value for prioritized use cases.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Platform teams, and Engineering to ensure scalable, reusable solutions aligned to enterprise standards.
Drive delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring initiatives progress from concept to production in a predictable manner.
Maintain a prioritized backlog of data and AI initiatives, balancing short-term value with long-term capability building.
Communicate product vision, roadmap, progress, and value realization clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Monitor post-launch outcomes to validate results, identify optimization opportunities, and inform future investment decisions.

7+ years of experience in Product Management, Analytics, Data, or Technology with a track record of delivering business value through data-driven products.
Proven experience owning product strategy and execution for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to identify and articulate business value, frame problems, define outcomes, and measure impact.
Experience with data platforms, analytics, and/or AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment.
Proven ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to Directors and senior leaders.
