Job Description
FanDuel is hiring a Product Manager to plan and execute successful product initiatives for the Casino product area. This role focuses on translating customer and market needs into clear goals, aligning stakeholders, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver and continuously improve products based on objective performance signals.

USD 94,000 - 129,250 per year
Role Summary
The Product Manager will drive initiatives by understanding and prioritizing product and customer needs, defining product goals, and coordinating with engineering, product owners, marketing, and operations to bring solutions to market. Ongoing monitoring of product performance will include market analysis, customer understanding, and objective data analysis and reporting, including awareness of related incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Inform, shape, and drive execution of specific Casino product initiatives
- Establish and maintain domain expertise across the product, market, and competitors
- Assess product opportunities and contribute to ideation and prioritization for new initiatives and products
- Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, product owners, marketing, and operational functions to support successful product delivery and launches
- Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements
- Track and report product performance objectively, including an understanding of related incidents
- Act as the “Canadian Champion” by ensuring Canadian customer preferences are considered and requirements are met
- Monitor product performance through market analysis, deep customer understanding, and objective data analysis and reporting
- Plan and execute product initiatives by defining goals and working closely with engineering, product owners, and business stakeholders to bring solutions to market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
- Demonstrated success influencing teams cross-functionally without formal authority
- Strong quantitative skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- The applicable salary range for this position is $94,000 - $129,250 USD.
