Product Manager
Job Description
Warby Parker is hiring a Product Manager to drive product roadmap and technology solutions for supply chain and operations business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the product team responsible for features used by Business Systems teams
- Identify and lead end-to-end feature lifecycle from business objectives, metrics, and analyses through delivery
- Partner with stakeholders to launch new features and products that support efficient business operations and customer experience
- Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders across Supply Chain and Operations
- Lead and mobilize cross-functional teammates within Digital Product and Technology to execute cross-functional projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Experience owning a product roadmap for backend systems, internal tools, operations-supporting products, or supply chain
- Experience in supply chain management, or understanding of ERP order management and warehouse management concepts
- Ability to move quickly and make tough decisions when needed, grounded in strategic business concepts
- Curiosity and decisiveness: use available information to inform decisions
- Strong communicator, collaborator, and presenter who shares findings and actionable insights
- Comfort acting as a leader on some projects and a contributor on others
- Interest in helping others and passion for building strong products
- Analytical skills with basic knowledge of SQL
- Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 per year
