Job Description

The Product Manager will lead an AI-first ad tech and media automation platform, reporting to the CTO, shaping strategy, guiding end-to-end delivery, and aligning cross-functional teams to optimize AI-powered advertising workflows. Location: Colorado (remote). Compensation: USD 100,000 to 135,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategy for the digital advertising and media automation platform
  • Own end-to-end delivery of platform features from concept through production
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to implement AI-powered workflow enhancements
  • Lead optimization initiatives across campaign management, reporting, and automation workflows
  • Translate business workflows into scalable product capabilities
  • Work with stakeholders to boost operational efficiency and customer outcomes
  • Drive experimentation to improve platform performance and user results
  • Partner with engineering to implement APIs and integrations
  • Support stakeholder analysis to understand user behavior and requirements
  • Enhance user testing programs to validate assumptions
  • Contribute to product roadmap definition and oversee detailed execution and prioritization
  • Convert business requirements into product specifications and user stories
  • Manage backlog, sprint planning, and delivery cadence
  • Prioritize initiatives based on ROI and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success for launches
  • Monitor product performance and drive ongoing improvement

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of Product Management and product development experience in Ad Tech, Media Buying, Marketing Automation, or related platforms
  • Strong understanding of the operational realities of digital advertising platforms, campaign optimization, and media workflow automation
  • Solid grasp of Agile development practices
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation tools and workflow optimization concepts
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with ability to define measurable KPIs and business outcomes
  • Experience translating business workflows into scalable product functionality
  • Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams delivering AI-powered capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
