Product Manager, AI
Job Description
Onsite in New York, this AI Product Manager role offers USD 90,000 per year and focuses on deploying, governing, and scaling AI agents across MSL.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product management layer and the ongoing systems oversight of MSL's agentic ecosystem, ensuring each AI agent is mapped to a defined set of communications workflows across earned media, creative content, strategy, and account management.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks that specify how agents are deployed, continuously monitored, updated, and retired in practice, owning the best-practice playbook and the processes for internal approvals and submissions.
- Oversee MSL's AI knowledge base, including prompt libraries, staging files, taxonomy, and use-case documentation, keeping all AI operating components organized, discoverable, and ready for teams to deploy and extract value.
- Contribute to enablement and onboarding infrastructure to support broader adoption beyond early adopters, including training materials, documentation, and scalable rollout plans.
- Stay close to the external AI product landscape, tracking what startups ship, what agentic frameworks emerge, and which developments are most relevant for communications and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Four or more years of experience in product management, agentic systems, or AI operations, with hands-on experience deploying, testing, and shipping AI solutions.
- Deep familiarity with large language model tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic's Claude.
- Comfort with change, scenario planning, and the ability to stay calm, adaptable, and flexible under pressure.
- Proven skill translating technology into human workflows; experience collaborating with operators to translate tool capabilities into everyday work processes.
