Excelon Solutions seeks an AI-focused Product Manager based in Burlington, MA to own strategy through delivery for AI-powered product initiatives.

Set and communicate product strategy for AI-driven solutions, aligned to business objectives and market trends
Run requirements gathering sessions and translate stakeholder needs into detailed specifications for AI features and functionality
Partner with engineering teams to build scalable AI models, APIs, and integrations in cloud environments (including AWS)
Own the product lifecycle using Agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum, ensuring delivery cadence with tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS, and Microsoft Project
Lead SDLC activities: analysis, design (including UML and wireframing tools like Balsamq), testing (including user acceptance testing), and deployment
Coordinate updates and clarity across technical and non-technical stakeholders on scope, progress, and outcomes
Use analytics platforms such as Looker and data analytics methods (including SQL) to drive data-informed product performance improvements

5+ years of product management experience in technology environments focused on AI or machine learning products
5+ years experience across product management with observability
Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile and Waterfall, plus project management approaches such as SAFe
Hands-on cloud experience with AWS and familiarity with IT infrastructure components supporting SaaS
Technical proficiency with Java, HTML, and SQL; experience working with APIs, databases, and system integration
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments spanning software development, data analytics, and stakeholder management
Experience with requirements design, wireframing (using Balsamq), test case creation, and user acceptance testing procedures
Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership
