Product Operations, Analyst

Ripple is hiring a Product Operations Analyst to help support the reliable, 24x7 execution of its product offerings. Based in New York, NY and working onsite, this role supports growth and scaling through day-to-day operational rigor, including settlement, reconciliation, exception processing, and improvements to processes and system configurations.

You will coordinate across teams and contribute to the operational playbooks that keep crypto and fiat movements accurate and timely. The position also involves handling customer activity during weekends and holidays within a global follow-the-sun operating model.

What you’ll do

• Work with Product, Engineering, Trading, and Treasury to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds across Ripple products
• Reconcile positions and balances for multiple business operations, including company-issued stablecoins
• Apply risk and operational requirements for different asset types, including cryptocurrencies, to respond quickly to market activity and exceptions
• Record transactions in internal systems to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries that reflect product and operational activity in Ripple’s systems of record
• Build expertise in finance operational flows by mapping and documenting existing processes with key collaborators
• Support a globally distributed customer base for 24x7 operations, including customer activity on weekends and holidays
• Manage operational support activities, including reconciliation, trade support, exception processing, and funding and settlement
• Contribute to developing and managing processes, system configurations, and settlement instructions aligned with Ripple’s risk management framework, policies, and procedures

What you bring

• Hands-on experience in operations and settlement, including reconciliation
• Experience monitoring venues and systems in real time to identify and resolve exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues
• Willingness to work a weekend shift pattern as required, with shifts aligned to your region under a global follow-the-sun model
• Strong attention to detail, with problem-solving ability and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to efficiency and continuous improvement
• Experience implementing off-the-shelf and in-house solutions
• Broad understanding of markets and instruments, including cleared, OTC, crypto, and derivatives
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) is an advantage
• SQL experience, including crafting queries for daily operations, is a plus
• Experience with agentic tools, ideally Claude or similar
