Product Operations Associate at Paxos is a hands-on role at the intersection of operations, product, and technology, focused on stablecoin reliability and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own critical operations: manage high-volume crypto and fiat transfers that support major financial institutions
• Build workflows and systems: partner with Product and Engineering to design and scale operational processes for innovative products
• Resolve customer-facing issues: investigate customer problems, analyze data trends, and apply your ideas to improve outcomes
• Learn blockchain and stablecoins: develop expertise across enterprise crypto and stablecoin operations (training provided)
• Handle the unexpected: take action to deliver the best possible experience for customers
• Rotate across projects: explore different initiatives to find where your strengths and interests align

Requirements

• Early in your career, roughly 0-2 years of professional experience
• Based in New York City or willing to work from the New York, NY office (onsite)
• Open to backgrounds in finance, consulting, tech, operations, or related areas; motivation and ideas matter most
• Detail-obsessed problem solving in fast-paced, ambiguous situations
• Natural project management to coordinate multiple priorities
• Curiosity about how money moves in the digital age
• Collaboration: comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Growth mindset: interested in exploring different career paths within fintech
• Bonus: fintech experience or a genuine interest in crypto/blockchain

Compensation

• USD 94,000 - 107,250 per year
