Product Operations & Strategy Associate
Job Description
Coinflow is building modern payments, and the Product Operations & Strategy Associate role keeps the organization’s product information moving with accuracy and speed. You will oversee due diligence requests from intake through submission, maintain clean operational records in Linear, and connect Product with teams that rely on timely, well-documented decisions and updates.
This position centers on information flow, records hygiene, project coordination, and research that turns inputs into clear reporting for leadership.
What you will do
- Partner and vendor due diligence: Own the intake-to-submission process for due diligence questionnaires, RFIs, and information requests coming from banks, processors, vendors, and enterprise merchants.
- Answer and route requests: Provide complete responses to recurring topics including company overview, products and money flows, ownership and UBOs, licenses, policies, and security posture; route remaining items to the right owners and ensure every deadline is met.
- Maintain an answer library: Keep the due diligence answer library and document repository current so answers stay accurate and reusable, including corporate documents, org chart, policies, and audit and security reports.
- Keep Linear delivery hygiene: Run a weekly sweep of the Linear board to ensure owners, statuses, priorities, and due dates are set, and to flag stale or blocked work; triage incoming requests from other teams with enough context to act.
- Cross-team communication: Keep Sales, Support, Risk, and Partnerships informed on what’s shipping and changing; coordinate launch checklists, capture decisions from product meetings, and drive follow-ups; lead small cross-functional projects end to end.
- Research and reporting: Prepare roadmap snapshots, release notes, and status summaries for leadership; conduct competitive, market, and vendor research, then convert messy inputs into clear memos.
What you bring
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in operations, onboarding or implementation, compliance operations, project coordination, or Big 4 audit/advisory, ideally in a fintech, payments company, or bank.
- Written communication: Strong ability to answer partner questions accurately in two clean sentences.
- Detail and throughput: High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple requests at once.
- Ownership mindset: Finish what you start and close loops without needing to be followed up repeatedly.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working across many teams and following up persistently and politely.
- Tool fluency: Familiarity with Linear or Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and Notion, plus a habit of using AI tools to speed up repetitive work.
- Startup pace: Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of a high-growth startup, with readiness to work hard.

- Leadership proximity: Direct work with the Head of Product and visibility into how leadership decides what to build.
- Work environment: Collaborative and innovative work environment with world-class investors.
Preferred qualifications
