Job Description

The HT Group is hiring a Product Operations Analyst for an on-site role in Austin, TX. This position centers on owning the Addepar platform, safeguarding data integrity, and coordinating reporting, billing, and operational workflows within a wealth management setting. The role offers a competitive salary of USD 100,000 - 120,000 per year and the chance to shape platform governance, data quality, and scalable processes. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and be prepared to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal owner and administrator of the Addepar platform, guiding configuration and ongoing maintenance
  • Oversee platform configuration, maintenance, and data integrity
  • Lead investment performance reporting for both public and alternative investments
  • Design and maintain account structures, reporting hierarchies, benchmarks, and custom outputs
  • Manage custodial data feeds, transaction activity, and investment‑level data
  • Validate reporting accuracy and resolve discrepancies proactively
  • Troubleshoot data inconsistencies across custodians, managers, and internal systems
  • Establish governance controls and best practices to ensure reporting consistency
  • Support internal teams and external stakeholders with reporting needs and platform expertise
  • Assist with billing system setup, configuration, and operation
  • Ensure Addepar data integrates correctly with billing calculations
  • Validate fee structures, billing inputs, and outputs
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies impacting billing or revenue recognition
  • Assist with platform migrations, implementations, or enhancements
  • Ensure accurate representation of private and alternative investment structures within Addepar
  • Manage commitments, capital calls, distributions, and valuation workflows
  • Support client and advisor reporting for complex portfolios
  • Develop strong working knowledge of CRM, custodial, reporting, and billing systems
  • Ensure seamless data consistency across interconnected platforms
  • Support workflows that impact reporting, billing, and operational readiness
  • Identify inefficiencies, investigate root causes, and implement improvements
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and with external vendors
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency, scalability, and automation
  • Contribute to broader data architecture and operational improvement initiatives
  • Help strengthen platform infrastructure as the organization grows

Requirements

  • Direct hands-on Addepar experience is required, minimum 6 to 9 months
  • 2 to 6 plus years in investment operations, performance reporting, product operations, or platform/data management within wealth management, family office, RIAs, or asset management
  • Experience creating investment performance reports
  • Experience with public market investments
  • Experience with alternative investments or private funds
  • Experience managing investment operations workflows
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex financial datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience owning data quality, platform integrity, and reporting outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple interconnected systems and workflows
