Product Operations Coordinator

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is the essential partner in the assessment of risk, bringing customers within the Insurance vertical solutions and decision tools that combine public and industry specific content with advanced technology and analytics. In this role on the Photo team, you help insurance customers access accident-related media by coordinating with law enforcement agencies and ensuring digital evidence is handled securely and delivered reliably.

This is an onsite position in Duluth, GA, starting as 5 days in-office. Over time, it will move into a hybrid work environment with manager approval.

What you’ll do

• Contact and research law enforcement agencies to facilitate the retrieval of accident-related media.
• Maintain communication with police departments regarding media requests and order statuses.
• Process, verify, and distribute media associated with police reports to insurance company customers.
• Review and manage digital evidence, including potentially graphic images related to motor vehicle accidents.
• Document request activity accurately and support production standards and service level expectations.
• Support media fulfillment operations using secure handling practices, including encryption for distribution of digital files.
• Prepare digital media for customer delivery, including copying files to encrypted USB devices.
• Generate shipping labels and coordinate outbound deliveries through UPS.
• Assist with incoming mail processing and other operational support functions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data handling requirements when working with sensitive law enforcement materials.

Role details

Location: Duluth, GA (onsite)

Base pay: USD $36,700 - $61,300 per year (geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates)
