Product Operations Lead
Job Description
In this onsite role in Estero, FL, the Product Operations Lead works as part of the store leadership team to turn the store product strategy into day-to-day execution. You will lead inventory processing and accuracy, keep the floor and back-of-house organized and stocked, and step in as Supervisor on Duty when scheduled to support guest experience and technical product education.
The position combines operational focus with people leadership, including shift-based inventory leadership, hiring support, and ongoing coaching. You will also review daily business data and metrics to recommend actions that improve product availability and sell-through.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life through consistent product operations execution.
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities according to store standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure execution of product actions, including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Create a fun, productive shift atmosphere that engages team members in inventory management.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for guests.
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics, such as analyzing product sell-through data to recommend store focus, and for outlets, support pricing-related actions.
- Support the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection, recommendations, onboarding, and training.
- Address team member performance through direct feedback, in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning.
- Build a respectful, inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships.
- When scheduled as Supervisor on Duty during open hours, move dynamically across the store and lead from the floor to ensure each guest receives technical product education and a world-class guest experience.
What you bring
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete work.
- Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
Schedule and availability
- Schedule varies based on store needs.
- Shifts are typically scheduled for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, the schedule may include early mornings or late nights and overnights for some team members.
Work context
- Work involves moving through the store, including front-of-house areas with bright lights and loud music and back-of-house areas with no windows or natural light.
- Tasks are completed as part of a team, independently, and sometimes using computers or other technical devices.
- Occasionally requires moving boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to reach materials.
- For experiential stores with food or beverage service only: may involve using industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat to prepare food or beverages.
Pay and benefits
- Base pay range: $21.00 - $24.74 per hour (subject to minimum wage in the location).
- Target bonus: $2.00 per hour.

Additional notes
- Education (nice to have): High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.
- Experience (nice to have): Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations related; reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action.
