Product Operations Lead
Job Description
Lululemon’s store leadership team is hiring a Product Operations Lead to help execute the store product strategy through strong inventory operations and floor readiness. This role focuses on keeping the right product available, supporting accurate back-of-house (BOH) processing, and contributing to a guest experience grounded in product education and on-floor leadership when scheduled.
What you’ll do
- Partner with store leadership to bring product strategy to life in-store.
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure product actions are completed, including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Create a fun, productive shift atmosphere that engages team members in inventory management.
- Monitor product levels and communicate insights that support sell-through and optimal product availability for guests.
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to guide actions, such as analyzing sell-through trends to recommend product focus, and for outlets, pricing recommendations.
- Participate in the store hiring process, supporting recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
- Address performance with direct feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on support to encourage ongoing learning and development.
- Help build a respectful and inclusive team environment through supportive working relationships.
- When serving as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically and lead from the floor to deliver technical product education and a world-class guest experience.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods.
Experience
- 1 year of work experience.
- Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete work.
- Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
Work schedule
- The schedule can vary based on store needs.
- Shifts are typically scheduled mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, some team members may work early mornings or late nights/overnights.
Work context
- Move throughout the store, including front of house areas with bright lights and loud music, and back of house areas with no windows or natural light.
- Work as part of a team and sometimes independently, using a computer or other technical devices.
- Occasionally move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and/or use ladders to reach materials.
Compensation & benefits
Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite)
Pay: USD 22 to 27 per hour (base pay range $22.00 - $25.25/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location; target bonus $2.00/hour; total target base pay range $24.00 - $27.25/hour). Compensation is grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance, and base pay may vary based on market location and job-related factors.
