Product Operations Manager, AI Solutions and Enablement, Consumer Apps Marketing
Job Description
Google is hiring a Product Operations Manager to drive AI solutions and enablement across Consumer Apps Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing teams to diagnose workflow bottlenecks and prioritize where AI tools and agents can deliver the highest impact
- Build and deploy lightweight production web apps and live dashboards
- Develop Workspace automations using Apps Script and create custom AI skills
- Design multi-agent workflows using AI-assisted coding tools and Gemini
- Write and maintain PRDs/BRDs and guide engineering teams through delivery of complex, multi-quarter solutions
- Lead internal AI solutions from early piloting through wide-scale deployment across Marketing via workflow integration, change management, and workshops
- Own tool roadmaps, adoption tracking, and efficiency metrics
- Coordinate security, privacy, and legal launch reviews for new AI-enabled tools and launches
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in product operations, marketing technology, technical program management, management consulting, or technical operations
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools or low-code platforms to build and deploy working web apps, live dashboards, or workflow automations (example tools include Apps Script, SQL, or Python/JavaScript)
- Experience designing custom AI workflows, reusable prompt or skill libraries, and grounded context layers (examples include structured Markdown or spreadsheet configs, or SQL/data connections) using LLMs
- Experience taking internal tools or operational programs from early piloting to deployment and adoption

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding (for example, Antigravity) and Google AI/cloud tooling (Gemini, AI Studio, NotebookLM, Vertex AI, Cloud Run) to build custom skills, web apps, and chained workflows
- Ability to translate operational challenges into PRDs and guide engineering vendors or development teams to ship complex solutions
- Experience structuring shared knowledge bases, dynamic prompt configurations, and user-centered tools
- Track record leading internal go-to-market efforts, pilot rollouts, and workshops to drive measurable adoption across non-technical teams
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), SQL (for example BigQuery), or APIs to ground tools in data and measure impact
Location: San Francisco, CA (onsite)
Salary: USD 148,000 - 215,000 per year
