Job Description

Uber is seeking a Product Operations Manager to lead the rollout and scale of the Offers Platform and its optimization efforts. This onsite role in San Francisco, CA partners across product, engineering, data science, design, and regional teams to shape go-to-market plans and ensure operational readiness as the platform expands, with a compensation range of USD 142,000–158,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Operations, Data Science, and Design to launch and scale the Offers platform and related tooling.
  • Define go-to-market strategies and operational processes that support the Offers product strategy.
  • Develop end-to-end rollout plans and coordinate implementation across teams and markets.
  • Align functional partners on objectives, launch plans, risks, and success metrics for the program or product.
  • Advise product teams on global feasibility and operational readiness throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work with Legal, Tax, Policy, Support, and regional teams to prepare Offers products for launch.
  • Monitor core business and product metrics related to Offers performance, adoption, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify key problem areas, user pain points, and geographies impacted by launches post-launch.
  • Surface insights from business teams, users, and markets to inform product improvements.
  • Maintain regular communication with key team members across the organization.
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive meaningful business impact.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, business consulting, finance, program management, product operations, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency with SQL.
