Product Operations Manager (Senior, or Lead)
Job Description
Senior or Lead Product Operations role with Boeing Digital Services, based in Englewood, Colorado (hybrid) or Seattle, Washington, driving Prod Ops practices and cross-functional delivery to align digital products with customer outcomes and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Provide Product Operations leadership within a multidisciplinary Delivery and Product Operations ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business strategy and customer needs into operating models, portfolio priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Set up product governance and cadence, including portfolio planning, roadmap reviews, dependency management, release windows, and post-release reviews.
- Support customer value realization by defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs, establishing a single source of truth for product metrics, and standardizing experiment analysis; connect product delivery to customer success and business growth.
- Work with tool owners and engineering teams to advance tooling and automation for product workflows.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and assist with risk mitigation for large, multi-team programs within Digital Services; coordinate dependency resolution and agreed escalation paths with partner teams.
- Develop and collaborate on enablement programs, onboarding materials, playbooks, templates, and operating-level agreements within and across Digital Services.
- Promote a data driven decision-making culture and experimentation across Digital Services, embedding these practices with relevant teams.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to product managers, program leaders, and analysts to elevate product thinking capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product discovery, product management, product operations, program management, or related software/SaaS/embedded product environments.
- Proven track record scaling Prod Ops or equivalent functions in growth or scale stage technology organizations.
- Strong background in lifecycle and release management and cross-team program delivery across multiple product streams.
- Analytical rigor with the ability to define metrics, partner with analytics teams, and drive data informed decisions.
- Practical familiarity with product tooling ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the capacity to influence senior leaders and present to executive audiences.
Compensation
- USD 138,550 – 234,600 per year
