Product Owner

Ledgent Technology seeks a Web Product Owner to guide the development and evolution of its web ecosystem, including the public site, user portals, and integrations, with the aim of increasing user engagement, acquisition, and revenue. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle and delivers customer-focused features through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and rank the web product backlog to reflect business goals and user needs
• Lead delivery across the public website, customer portals, and integrations
• Translate strategy into user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
• Drive intuitive, high-performance experiences across all web touchpoints
• Collaborate with engineering to refine scope and ensure timely delivery
• Champion experimentation including A/B testing, personalization, and optimization
• Oversee integrations with CRM, analytics, and payment systems
• Manage vendors and cross-functional teams to meet quality and deadlines
• Define success metrics and leverage data for ongoing improvements
• Monitor site speed, usability, and conversion

Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Owner or Product Manager roles delivering digital products
• Strong Agile and Scrum experience with backlog management expertise
• Experience working with web platforms, CMS, APIs, and integrations
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable product work
• Data-driven mindset with analytics and experimentation experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
• Experience managing vendors or distributed teams

Role Overview

Location: Englewood, CO, onsite three days per week

Salary: USD 105,000 – 120,000 per year
