Product Owner

Glint Tech Solutions LLC seeks a Product Owner based onsite in Reston, Virginia, to lead a ServiceNow driven product initiative. This role combines strategic product management with hands-on backlog governance, ensuring that every increment delivers measurable value. You will partner with cross-functional teams across business, engineering, and operations to translate user needs into actionable features. The focus spans ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, and CRM, aligning delivery with business goals and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the product vision, establish the roadmap, and prioritize the backlog to maximize value.
• Create user stories and epics with clear acceptance criteria to guide development.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to align on goals and outcomes.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and promote Scrum best practices across teams.
• Drive the ServiceNow implementation across CSM, ITSM, and CRM modules.
• Ensure delivery consistently aligns with business objectives and customer value.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience overall, including at least 6 years in a Product Owner role.
• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise with a demonstrated track record of delivering software products.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience in roadmap planning and product strategy development.
• Ability to manage multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in Product Owner, Agile, or ServiceNow are preferred.
