Product Owner

Integrity Consulting seeks a Product Owner to own the builder experience backlog and strategy for catalog infrastructure, collaborating with Kiosk, Mobile, and Web teams to deliver cohesive, modern builder experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog for the builder experience.
• Drive ongoing improvements to the builder experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and competitor capabilities.
• Advocate for contemporary experiences that help customers realize their envisioned products, sometimes exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate as peers with the Kiosk, Mobile, and Web product teams, focusing on the builder layer.
• Partner with third-party vendors, internal stakeholders, and systems integrators to deliver a cohesive and continually improving builder experience.
• Own the strategy and requirements for the underlying catalog infrastructure, including PIM, DAM, and related systems.
• Define tooling strategy, data standards, and process requirements for catalog teams to execute against.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with product customization tools, photo products, and print-on-demand solutions.
• Experience with backlog management using Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Digital Media, Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
