- Collect feedback from users, customers, and dealers to inform future enhancements.
- Document process workflows to articulate product requirements clearly.
- Develop product knowledge and domain expertise quickly to become a trusted, go-to resource for engineering teams on product-related questions.
- Partner with UI/UX to develop wireframes and design, and collaborate with technology leads during scrum meetings and reviews.
- Advise customer-facing teams on new Collision-related product releases and ensure documentation accuracy across internal and external stakeholder materials (including Customer Release Notes).
- Assist launch planning by developing documentation, communications, and knowledge transfers for internal and external stakeholders.
- Review, triage, and provide input into client tickets in partnership with internal teams.
- Define success criteria for product and feature releases, and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of post-launch product performance against those criteria.
