Product Owner

At Endava, you’ll help shape Agile delivery from the inside, acting as the internal voice of the customer while driving clarity on what gets built, how it gets validated, and how it aligns to broader portfolio work. This role is onsite in Texas (Plano) and focuses on leadership, thoughtful product direction, and risk-aware planning across complex initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the internal voice of the customer to ensure business needs translate into actionable delivery.
• Define system features, and participate in validation to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
• Own the ART scope that the Agile Release Train (ART) will complete, including the ART vision and roadmap.
• Stay aware of work happening across the Portfolio to proactively help teams manage risks and dependencies.
• Provide expert content and professional leadership on complex assignments, recognized internally as the go-to person for the hardest work.
• Apply creativity, foresight, and judgment when conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.
• Use deep professional knowledge to advise functional leaders and support thought leadership across broader business efforts.

Required experience

• 3 days a week from Plano, Texas (onsite).
• Proven experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Healthcare industry experience required; PBM experience is preferred.
• Strong background in Agile Product Management, including backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and iterative product delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to act as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into product and technical requirements.
• Experience defining and documenting system features, user stories, and acceptance criteria with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Strong experience validating product functionality using testing, user feedback, and continuous improvement practices.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project and product risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and coordinating delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Recognition for thought leadership by driving innovation, influencing product strategy, and promoting Agile best practices.
• Strong technical aptitude to collaborate with engineering teams, understand system architecture, and make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility.
