Set and communicate the product vision as the voice of the customer using a human centered design approach
Build and maintain the product roadmap and product backlog to ensure delivery aligns with client needs and wants
Validate and test product ideas through recurrent feedback loops to support timely direction changes based on knowledge discovery
Serve as a subject matter expert by collaborating with and supporting the team, taking responsibility for team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams
Contribute to key decisions and help solve problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead development and refinement of product features by integrating customer feedback and market trends
Coordinate with cross functional teams to align product goals with business objectives and technical feasibility
Review product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Share expertise and foster collaboration to improve overall delivery quality
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that optimize product development processes and stakeholder engagement

5+ years of experience with Software Product Management and Product Innovation Strategy
High school diploma or GED
Advanced proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy is required
Advanced proficiency in Software Product Management is recommended
Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management and Agile Methods ADM for Distributed Agile Development is suggested
