Product Owner III

Join PNC Financial Services Group’s Fraud organization as a Product Owner III, where you’ll guide the strategy and execution of cross-channel customer communications and fraud-prevention enhancements. This on-site role anchors product leadership in Pittsburgh, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value and improved customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and definition, acting as the voice of the customer and steering the Scrum teams toward high-value priorities.
• Articulate the vision to the teams to translate client needs into business-objective-driven outcomes.
• Maintain the integrity of the product backlog, prioritize items, and lead backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams; serve as the primary contact for questions and decisions.
• Elicit and document fraud-related and cross-functional requirements to inform the backlog, managing stakeholder engagement from discovery through execution and monitoring.
• Define and track project KPIs, leveraging analytics, research, and stakeholder insights to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate with end users for User Acceptance Testing, end-to-end testing, and post-production business validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree (required).
• Specific certifications are often required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $91,000.00 – $185,900.00
