Product Owner (Seismic & Workfront)

The Product Owner will oversee Seismic and Workfront platforms that support the Investment Product & Retirement Content and Global Product Marketing teams, guiding product strategy, governance, and user support. This role owns content governance and provides reporting on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership — Serves as the owner and primary point of contact for Seismic and Workfront used by the Investment Product & Retirement Content and Global Product Marketing teams. Coordinates with marketing, distribution, legal, compliance, finance, technology, and design to ensure compliant, client-centric solutions that align with brand standards. Leads enhancement requests and the implementation of new functionality and process or standards changes.
• Process Improvements — Regularly assesses processes and solicits user feedback. Identifies features and functions to meet or exceed standards for business performance, client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency. Continuously researches, tests, documents, and communicates improvement opportunities using a consultative approach.
• User Support — Supports onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching for the assigned platforms. Creates and maintains job aids and reference guides for users. Provides troubleshooting to resolve complex scenarios and develop solutions.
• Reporting & Governance — Monitors and analyzes reporting and metrics to evaluate product performance against key indicators. Creates actionable dashboards to reveal results, trends, and opportunities. Oversees governance activities to ensure content is up-to-date, compliant, and easy to locate and use.

• 5+ years of total relevant work experience

Role Summary

Owns assigned platforms for the Investment Product & Retirement Content and Global Product Marketing teams, with Seismic and Workfront as primary systems. Partners with business stakeholders and vendors to develop and execute product strategy. Uses insights from client interactions to recommend enhanced processes, reports, tools, and workflows. Provides system support and guidance to internal clients to troubleshoot and optimize their use of enablement platforms.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Required: 5+ years of total relevant work experience
• Preferred: Experience with content management and workflow systems and repositories, especially Seismic and Workfront
• Preferred: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
• Preferred: Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
• Preferred: Strong communication and problem solving skills

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

Base Salary Ranges

• Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers: $96,500.00 - $164,000.00
• Washington, D.C.: $105,000.00 - $180,000.00
• New York, California: $120,000.00 - $205,000.00
