Job Description
Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a senior SAP FICO Product Manager to steer SAP FICO and S/4HANA initiatives across multiple modules that underpin Leo’s manufacturing and production workflows. This onsite role is based in Bellevue, WA, offering a yearly salary range of USD 151,200 to 204,600 and requires a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities
- Define the product vision for SAP FICO solutions and shape SAP-based offerings.
- Identify best-practice improvements to streamline business processes using SAP, advocating for usable, intuitive, and simple designs.
- Lead blueprint sessions, perform fit-gap analyses, and craft comprehensive design specifications grounded in core requirements while challenging assumptions.
- Determine change management and training needs; assist in producing training documentation and lead train-the-trainer sessions for product updates.
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmapping for SAP solutions, including input to Amazon's 1-3 year planning cycles.
- Own quarterly and sprint planning and oversee deployments of feature enhancements, articulating business value and impact.
- Define key metrics such as success criteria, adoption rates, and data-driven insights to guide product improvements.
- Prepare product designs and functional specifications; configure, test, and support implementations across SAP RICEFW areas.
- Build and maintain integrations with cross-workstream processes including SAP PP, EWM, MM, and SAP MES.
- Provide production support for SAP systems, address tickets and business needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member and contribute to the team's collective success.
- Manage a portfolio of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) projects from design to deployment, including integration with Amazon corporate systems.
- Develop deployment plans and manage risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop use cases by gathering business requirements and working with software developers to build required features; clearly communicate dependencies and track exceptions.
- Contribute to proofs of concept to verify that proposed solutions meet business requirements using SAP S/4.
- Engage in unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and user training.
- Apply deep knowledge of business processes to design, develop, and test SAP S/4HANA FICO functionality, including general ledger, accounts payable, project system, cost center accounting, product cost controlling, and profit center accounting.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA FICO to meet business needs, connecting with PP, MM, PS, SD and other modules while applying SAP best practices.
- Navigate ambiguity and build consensus among cross-functional stakeholder groups.

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
