Job Description
Join the NFL Digital Media team in a seasonal role that powers cross‑platform product operations for NFL.com, the NFL app, NFL Fantasy, and Club Sites. This onsite position in Inglewood, CA offers hands‑on work coordinating operational activities, supporting live game days, and contributing to seasonal initiatives through structured runbooks, training materials, and clear escalation paths. Compensation is $37 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Support Product Operations initiatives across NFL.com, the NFL app, Club Sites, and other NFL‑owned digital platforms.
- Contribute to readiness for new products and seasonal initiatives by helping develop and maintain runbooks, training materials, documentation, workflows, and escalation paths.
- Assist with digital content programming and site operations using approved administrative tools and content management systems.
- Track project deliverables, open issues, launch readiness items, stakeholder updates, and post‑launch follow‑ups.
- Collaborate with Product Operations, Content Operations, Product Management, Engineering, and other cross‑functional teams to support daily platform operations.
- Document business rules, operational processes, and support procedures to improve team readiness and consistency.
- Provide operational support for NFL‑owned digital platforms on game days, preseason, major events, and other live windows.
- Assist with live streaming operations across web, mobile web, mobile app, tablet, and connected TV platforms.
- Support live game and event monitoring by validating stream availability, content presentation, platform behavior, and user experiences.
- Identify, prioritize, and escalate issues in real time to minimize disruption during live events.
- Coordinate with Game Day Operations, Clubs, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to drive issues through resolution.
- Contribute to post‑event documentation, issue recaps, and follow‑up items to improve future event coverage.

- Willingness to work in‑office on all NFL game days, including Preseason, Regular Season, and Playoffs, and to be on site during holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
- Solid knowledge of sports and digital sports products.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
