Digital Product Operations Manager

Computer Enterprises Inc is building consumer-grade digital experiences for leading hospitality, entertainment, and consumer brands, with teams collaborating across multiple global locations to ship websites, mobile applications, connected product experiences, and digital marketing solutions. In this hybrid contract role in Kissimmee, FL, the Digital Product Operations Manager partners with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Digital Product teams to plan, deliver, and continuously improve high-quality content and communications across connected products and digital channels.
Working across wearable technology and mobile companion experiences, this position combines content strategy, cross-functional execution, analytics, and launch readiness to keep customer touchpoints aligned with brand and user experience expectations.
What you’ll do
- Own content strategy, planning, and execution for connected product programs, including wearable technology and mobile companion experiences.
- Manage content across multiple business lines and customer touchpoints.
- Oversee delivery of marketing landing pages.
- Oversee delivery of support content, including FAQs and help resources.
- Oversee delivery of app marketing and educational content.
- Oversee in-app promotional elements such as tiles, banners, calls-to-action, and related components.
- Ensure content meets brand, regulatory, operational, and user experience requirements.
- Identify content and marketing opportunities that support business goals.
- Align strategy and secure approvals from key stakeholders including Marketing, Communications, Commercial, and Legal teams.
- Establish project timelines and guide content through launch readiness.
- Facilitate stakeholder updates, working sessions, and launch communications.
- Define KPI requirements, dashboards, and success metrics, then run ongoing performance reviews and optimization plans.
- Partner with analytics teams to develop A/B testing strategies and measurement frameworks to improve engagement and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams and serve as a primary point of accountability for collaborative initiatives.
- Provide strategic recommendations and digital best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, communicating project status, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Ensure initiatives align with broader digital product and business strategies while translating marketing concepts into detailed business requirements and execution plans.
- Create project briefs that outline objectives, strategy, target audience, business context, and execution considerations.
- Convert research findings and business insights into clear recommendations and prioritization frameworks.
- Develop or oversee business requirements documentation and drive projects to successful delivery while managing scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
- Escalate business, scope, budget, or strategic risks when necessary.
- Coordinate reviews and approvals with Creative, Production, Product, and Technology teams.

- 5+ years of combined business and digital experience.
- Experience managing technical, user, and business challenges within a fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at the manager level and above.
- Experience working across large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Self-starter mindset with demonstrated initiative, ownership, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
Location / schedule / contract details
- Location: Kissimmee/Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote
- Type: 6 months contract (W2), potential to extend or convert to FTE
- Pay: USD 70-75 per hour (W2)
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with digital products, mobile applications, or technology platforms.
- Experience supporting connected products, wearable technology, or mobile companion experiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, content strategy, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Understanding of retail, promotional, or e-commerce marketing strategies.
- Experience with analytics, KPI reporting, and A/B testing methodologies.
