Seasonal Product Operations Educator

What you’ll do

• Organize and maintain the inventory workspace by cleaning and setting up areas to maximize efficiency and support a safe store environment.
• Execute inventory processing using the plan set by the Product Operations Lead, including accurate RFID inventory counts according to company standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries by folding, sorting, and hanging items to optimize space and productivity.
• Reconcile and prepare product for movement by handling packaging and shipping to appropriate locations, including processes for damages and consolidations.
• Support store presentation through display adjustments, daily restocking and destocking, and product moves on the floor aligned with company standards.
• Run market-relevant omnichannel programs such as buy online/pickup in store and ship from store, following established requirements.
• Help guests on the retail floor by providing service or connecting guests with another team member.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and provide positive guest experiences.
• Contribute to an inclusive, respectful team culture that supports both team members and guests.

What you bring

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice to have

• High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.
• Experience in retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations related to stocking or inventory processing.

Work schedule and environment

• The schedule can vary based on store needs.
• Shifts may include evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
• Some shifts may occur during times when the store is closed to guests.
• Work involves moving through the store, including areas with bright lights and loud music and spaces with no windows or natural light.
• May require moving boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to reach materials.

Compensation and benefits

• Base pay range: $19.00 - $21.86/hour (subject to minimum wage in the location).
• Target bonus: $2.00/hour.
