Senior Director Product Design, Card Platforms and Data team

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director of Product Design for Card Platforms and Data in New York, onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-disciplinary team of design leaders and designers, collaborating closely with research teams as well as Product and Tech leadership to align on strategy and delivery.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities and advocate for them with executive stakeholders to influence roadmap decisions.
• Steer high-impact, complex design initiatives that set the standard for experience excellence and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders across offers, decisioning, authorizations, and customer management to empower associates to craft card experiences loved by customers and the business.
• Pursue simplicity and power in associate journeys while pursuing innovative, best-in-class design solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of ten years of experience leading product design teams or delivering products to market.
• A minimum of three years of experience directly managing managers.
