Job Description
Own the strategy and delivery of PrecisionLender’s data platform capabilities, from ingestion to downstream analytics and AI enablement.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Q2 data platform solutions, spanning ingestion, processing, and downstream consumption.
- Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and product strategies based on customer and business needs.
- Partner with Engineering to prioritize initiatives, lead platform modernization, and deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
- Define requirements for data quality and reliability that support analytics, reporting, and AI capabilities.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to drive successful outcomes.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and business value to customers, executives, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated software product management experience, including strategy and delivery ownership for data, platform, or infrastructure products.
- Experience with data pipelines, ingestion, ETL/transformation, storage, and data quality/governance.
- Experience with platform modernization and/or cloud data warehouse migrations; Snowflake preferred.
- Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with Engineering on data architecture, reliability, and scalability.
- Experience ensuring analytics, reporting, or AI products are built on reliable data foundations.
- Financial services, commercial banking, or regulated B2B SaaS experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- User analytics and AI tools in product workflows is a plus.

What You’ll Be Building
- PrecisionLender data platform capabilities that power Data Studio, Data Explorer, Data Library, BI platforms, and Andi/Q2 Assistant.
- Data foundations for client-facing analytics and AI capabilities, with clean, normalized, and trustworthy data.
- Migration from ADLS to Snowflake to reduce technical debt and enable new capabilities while managing the transition of legacy reporting.
Experience and Eligibility
- Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s degree; or PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English.
